Change an Order:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified by adding or removing items.
If you need to make changes to your order, you must notify us immediately so that we can try to cancel it and you can place a new order. We will attempt to cancel the shipment if it has not yet been processed by our fulfillment center. Once orders have been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations.After receiving your item, you may send it back to us if it meets our return criteria (for details, see our FAQ). Cancel an Order:
Cancelling your order requires that you get in touch with us immediately. We will try to cancel your shipment if it has not yet left our fulfillment center. Once orders have been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. After receiving your item, you may send it back to us if it meets our return criteria (for details, see our FAQ).Returns & Refunds).
Refunds from credit card providers often appear in your account within 5 business days. However, the credit may not appear on your statement for another two or three billing periods. If you have any questions, contact your credit card company.
We are making every effort to quickly process and ship all orders. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We need 1-5 working days to process your request. Our warehouse is currently processing all orders that are “awaiting fulfillment” and will be shipping them as soon as possible. If you submit an order after 12 p.m. PST, it won’t begin to be worked on until the next business day.
When an order ships, a tracking number is immediately provided. In order to expedite your transaction, items may ship individually; you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

DHL Shipping is a flat rate of $29 for all orders.
Not all shipping methods may be available in the country of destination. When choosing a shipping method during the checkout process, you will be shown all possible options. Please select from the options provided; if you do not see a certain one, we cannot add it for you.

Problem When Tracking Your Order
Tracking confirmation from the carrier (COVID) may take up to five business days after shipment. UPDATED: Within 1 business day of label development, all orders are given to carriers. If your order status is “label created,” it means that our fulfillment center has physically handed your package to the shipping carrier, but they have not yet scanned it.Even after 7 days of showing admission into the carrier’s network, some tracking numbers may not update or display movement/scans until delivery.We regret that we cannot give you any further information at this time.If this doesn’t work, check back later.
If your order’s tracking is active (indicating that it is in transit, delayed, etc.) and you need more information about its delivery status, you can get in touch with the carrier.
You can reach the carrier for questions about domestic US tracking by using the details provided on the tracking page. Use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of your tracking page to get in touch with our carrier Passport about your foreign shipment. You will be refunded for the items in your order once we receive it back at our warehouse if you discover that it is being returned to us due to an incorrect address (either entered or formatted) at checkout, a missed collection deadline, or unpaid duty, taxes, or other customs fees. Please note that unless the order was returned to us because of an error on our part, we cannot reship it or reimburse the shipping costs.
