To Return a Product

Items purchased at full price (with the exceptions listed below) may be returned within 7 days of package delivery for a full refund. Socks, beanie caps, hats, masks, and bandanas are not returnable due to hygiene concerns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale or discounted items.

All things returned to us must be in resalable condition, meaning they have not been worn, changed, or washed and still have all of their original tags attached. Prior to any refund being issued, all returns will be inspected.If the returned item does not conform to the aforementioned conditions or if it is damaged while being returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Send your unused item(s), along with a copy of your order confirmation email and a note explaining why you’re returning them, to the address below for a full refund. When your return is completed, a credit will be automatically applied to the method you used to pay. Shipping costs, both outbound and inbound, are non-refundable unless the returned item was damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds from credit card providers often appear in your account within 5 business days. However, the credit may not appear on your statement for another two or three billing periods. If you have any questions, contact your credit card company.

Please include your order number and the tracking information provided by your shipping carrier if you would like us to check on the progress of your return.

As a precaution against the transmission of the COVID-19 virus, returned items are now being kept in quarantine for anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on their country of origin. As soon as your return is received and processed, a refund will be granted.

To Return a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Within 7 days of receiving your order, please send us an email detailing the problem, along with photos of the damaged or inaccurate item(s). We’ll pay for or reimburse the expense of mailing the item back to us. Only first-class shipping expenses (whether paid to USPS or a comparable overseas carrier) will be refunded, and only up to the full amount of shipping fees the consumer was originally charged. Returns returned via expedited delivery will not be refunded in full.

Exchanges:

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time due to our ever-changing stock. We suggest returning your item for a refund and buying a new one if you need to make an exchange.

Refunds Policy:

This is a final sale.

There will be no options for returns or exchanges. In cases where we suspect fraud, refund abuse, or other forms of manipulation, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
